"I am sure it has been a long and trying journey. Come, I will show you to quarters and have food and drink provided. We shall pray together soon."
I take the guests along, and show some of the abbey - the main structure, made of stone, holds the chapel, and quarters for novices. The infirmary is slightly apart, and even farther a group of low wooden buildings within a copse of woods. The abbey grounds are open and wide, with some trees for shade, and groups benches for discussion and meditation. A large statue watches over the grounds, or would, as it is so far covered in cloth. Some saplings and plants are still about to be placed in the ground, though the holes for them have already been dug.
I keep the presentation brief, and soon the guests have found quarters. Food and drink arrive soon after.
